The Tasmania region is facing the coronavirus disease along with the whole Australia that still tries hard to slow the pandemic’s rise. As stated in the stats, nearly 234 confirmed cases have been reported as of today, and nearly 13 deaths. Still, the rate of epidemics spread is informed to be 46 per 100,000 people that is considered to be average among other regions but it’s early to conclude that the situation is improving.

With the outbreak expected to persist, people have been told to take basic protective measures and stay home. You should not forget about protection measures and the symptoms of coronavirus. The risk of infection in the region is average if we talk about its population density that is 7 people per km2 but the situation is still difficult.
