The Tasmania region is facing the coronavirus disease along with the whole Australia that still tries hard to slow the pandemic’s rise. As stated in the statistics, about 24K COVID-19 positive cases have been reported as of today, and about 15 deaths. Figures have rose and reached 409 COVID-19 cases in a day. In a week, the overall number of COVID-19 cases in Tasmania will reach 25K cases. Besides, the rate of infection is informed to be 4,7K per 100,000 people that is considered to be average among other regions but it’s early to conclude that the situation is improving.
