Since the first COVID-19 case was confirmed in United Kingdom, the outbreak has affected all 50 states. However, some areas have managed to keep the numbers low.
Even though the overall count of confirmed cases has increased up to 711 today, Redcar and Cleveland still has the lowest count of cases and deaths in the state of England.
Greater London and West Midlands are the state's leaders in coronavirus patients with 2,9M and 1,9M patients with confirmed infection accordingly, while Rutland and North East Lincolnshire have the lowest number of coronavirus patients in England. Together with the latter ones, Redcar and Cleveland’s per capita infection rate is considered below average, but the coronavirus still remains a threat to public safety.
Please note, even if your area has a low number of coronavirus patients, the virus is still active. Please remain vigilant and keep up with good hygiene practices.
