The Georgia state is fighting against the coronavirus disease along with the whole U.S. that still tries hard to slow the pandemic’s rise. As stated in the official information, nearly 476K confirmed cases have been reported as of today, and nearly 9,5K deaths. Figures have risen and reached 4,8K cases in a day.

In Georgia, the highest number of inhabitants tested positive can be seen in Fulton and Gwinnett. The risk of infection is average as the population density is 165 people per mi2 (65 people per km2) but the numbers are far from positive. In a week, the general number of COVID-19 positive people in Georgia may rise to 492K cases. Besides, the rate of epidemics spread is informed to be 4,5K per 100,000 people that is considered to be average among other states but it’s early to conclude that the situation is improving.
