The South Carolina state is fighting against COVID-19 along with the whole U.S. that still tries hard to slow the pandemic’s rise. According to the stats, about 570K confirmed cases have been reported as of today, and about 9,4K fatal cases. Figures have increased by 753 COVID-19 cases in a day.

In South Carolina, the highest number of people affected by virus can be seen in Greenville and Richland. The risk of infection is average as the population density is 157 people per mi2 (60 people per km2) but the numbers are far from positive. In a week, the general number of COVID-19 positive people in South Carolina may rise to 579K cases.
