The South Carolina state is facing coronavirus along with the whole U.S. that still tries hard to slow the pandemic’s rise. As stated in the stats, nearly 49K COVID-19 positive cases have been informed as of today, and nearly 884 deaths. Figures have increased by 1,6K coronavirus cases in a day.

In South Carolina, the highest number of the population tested positive can be seen in Charleston and Greenville. The risk of infection is average as the population density is 157 people per mi2 (60 people per km2) but the numbers are far from positive. In next week, the overall number of coronavirus patients in South Carolina will rise to 56K cases. Still, the rate of infection is informed to be 920 per 100K people that is considered to be average among other states but it’s early to conclude that the situation is improving.

With the outbreak expected to persist, people have been told to follow simple preventive measures and stay home.You should not forget about protection measures and the symptoms of coronavirus.
