COVID-19 has changed the U.S. and the whole world. COVID-19 keeps all people on alert in Anderson and today, the virus still covers the territory of Lauderdale County. Its population density is considered to be 130 people per mi2 (50 people per km2) so the risk of infection is below average. As for the state, the Alabama officials reported about 490K confirmed cases, an increase of 1,2K cases from yesterday.

Jefferson County and Mobile County counties are still the most-affected counties in the state.

These rates don’t give the whole picture because many cases — including mild or asymptomatic infections — have not been diagnosed. Our aim is to stay home and take care of ourselves. You should not forget about protection measures and the symptoms of coronavirus.
