Since the first coronavirus patient was confirmed in India, the outbreak has hit all 50 states. However, some areas have managed to keep the numbers low.
Even though the total count of coronavirus patients has risen up to 3K today, Lahaul And Spiti still has the lowest count of cases and deaths in the state of Himachal Pradesh.
Kangra and Mandi are the state's leaders in confirmed cases with 51K and 32K patients with confirmed infection accordingly, while Kinnaur and Kullu have the lowest count of confirmed cases in Himachal Pradesh. Together with the latter ones, Lahaul And Spiti’s per capita infection rate is regarded below average, but the coronavirus still remains a threat to public safety.
