The United States remains the epicenter of the COVID-19 pandemic. Coronavirus keeps all people on alert in Raleigh and today, the invisible enemy still covers the territory of Smith County. Its population density is considered to be 26 people per mi2 (10 people per km2) so the risk of infection is below average. As for the state, the Mississippi officials announced about 310K confirmed cases, an increase of 319 cases from yesterday.

DeSoto County and Hinds County counties are still the most-infected counties in the state.

These figures don’t give the whole picture because many cases — including mild or asymptomatic infections — have not been diagnosed. Our key thing is to stay home and take care of ourselves. You should be aware of protection measures and the symptoms of coronavirus.
