COVID-19 has claimed tens of thousands of American lives in the U.S. COVID-19 pandemic keeps all people on alert in Underwood-Petersville and today, the invisible enemy still covers the territory of Lauderdale County. Its population density is considered to be 130 people per mi2 (50 people per km2) so the risk of infection is below average. As for the state, the Alabama officials noted about 500K coronavirus cases, an increase of 408 cases from yesterday.
Jefferson County and Mobile County counties are still the most-affected counties in the state.
