The number of confirmed cases of the new virus continues to grow in the the U.S. COVID-19 keeps all people on alert in Grosse Pointe Park and today, the virus still spreads across Wayne County. Its population density is considered to be 2,974 people per mi2 (1,148 people per km2) so the risk of infection is below average. As for the state, the Michigan officials reported about 585K cases of COVID-19, an increase of 1,7K cases from yesterday.
Wayne County and Oakland County counties are still the most-affected counties in the state.
