Since the first coronavirus case was confirmed in India, the virus has hit all 50 states. However, some regions have managed to keep the numbers low.
Even though the overall number of coronavirus cases has increased up to 6,7K today, Lohardaga still has the lowest count of cases and fatal cases in the state of Jharkhand.
Ranchi and East Singhbhum are the state's leaders in coronavirus cases with 86K and 52K patients with confirmed infection accordingly, while Pakur and Dumka have the lowest number of coronavirus cases in Jharkhand. Together with the latter ones, Lohardaga’s per capita infection rate is considered below average, but the coronavirus still remains a threat to public safety.
