The U.S. has the most confirmed cases of the new virus in the world. Coronavirus keeps all people on alert in Massac and today, the virus still spreads across McCracken County. Its population density is considered to be 264 people per mi2 (102 people per km2) so the risk of infection is below average. As for the state, the Kentucky officials mentioned about 61K confirmed cases, an increase of 978 cases from yesterday.

Jefferson County and Fayette County counties are still the most-affected counties in the state.

These rates don’t give the whole picture because many cases — including mild or asymptomatic infections — have not been diagnosed. Our aim is to stay home and take care of ourselves. You should not forget about protection measures and the symptoms of coronavirus.
