Since the first COVID-19 case was confirmed in India, the disease has affected all 50 states. However, some areas have managed to keep the numbers low.
Even though the overall number of coronavirus patients has increased up to 601 today, Phek still has the lowest number of cases and fatal cases in the state of Nagaland.
Dimapur and Kohima are the state's leaders in coronavirus patients with 15K and 9,5K patients with confirmed infection accordingly, while Wokha and Zunheboto have the lowest number of coronavirus patients in Nagaland. Together with the latter ones, Phek’s per capita infection rate is regarded below average, but the coronavirus still remains a threat to public safety.
