Since the first COVID-19 positive person was confirmed in India, the virus has affected all 50 states. However, some regions have coped to keep the numbers low.
Even though the total number of COVID-19 positive people has reached 402 today, Wokha still has the lowest number of cases and fatalities in the state of Nagaland.
Dimapur and Kohima are the state's leaders in coronavirus patients with 15K and 9,5K patients with confirmed infection accordingly, while Phek and Zunheboto have the lowest number of coronavirus patients in Nagaland. Together with the latter ones, Wokha’s per capita infection rate is considered below average, but the coronavirus still remains a threat to public safety.
