The Arkansas state is fighting against coronavirus along with the whole U.S. that still tries hard to slow the pandemic’s rise. According to the statistics, nearly 23K confirmed cases have been reported as of today, and nearly 286 deaths. Figures have increased by 587 cases in a day.

In Arkansas, the highest number of the population tested positive can be seen in Washington and Benton. The risk of infection is average as the population density is 56 people per mi2 (21 people per km2) but the numbers are far from positive. In a week, the overall number of COVID-19 positive people in Arkansas may rise to 26K cases. By the way, the rate of epidemics spread is informed to be 769 per 100K people that is considered to be average among other states but it’s early to conclude that the situation is improving.
