On 30 January, India reported its first case of COVID-19 in Kerala. Maharashtra is now the worst-hit state with the most number of confirmed coronavirus cases - 1282963. In this state, the death toll due to the highly contagious disease has reached 34345 since the pandemic’s outbreak as 34345 deaths got reported since yesterday.

Telangana is one of the states with the highest rates, as of today, it is reported to have 179K positive cases, 148K people have recovered. It is considered that in a week the overall number of COVID-19 positive people in Telangana will rise up to 198K cases.
