The U.S. health officials continue to monitor COVID-19 positive people in the country. As of today, Ohio is in the top 10 the U.S. states with the most cases. Franklin County is reported to have the highest number of coronavirus cases in this state - 129K. Cuyahoga County and Hamilton County are in the second and third places accordingly.

It is considered that a week later the total number of COVID-19 positive people in Cuyahoga County will reach 116K cases. Due to the high population density of 2,800 people per mi2 (1,100 people per km2) the risk of infection in this area is above average. The number of fatalities in Ohio rose up to 20K people. By the way, the infection rate in Cuyahoga County is reported to be 9,4K per 100,000 people that is considered to be above average.
