The Missouri state is facing the coronavirus disease along with the whole U.S. that still tries hard to slow the pandemic’s rise. According to the official information, about 122K confirmed cases have been reported as of today, along with about 2,1K deaths. Figures have increased by 1,7K coronavirus cases in a day.

In Missouri, the highest number of people affected by virus can be seen in St. Louis and Jackson. The risk of infection is average as the population density is 87 people per mi2 (33 people per km2) but the numbers are far from positive. In next week, the general number of COVID-19 positive people in Missouri will rise to 133K cases. By the way, the infection rate is informed to be 2K per 100K people that is considered to be average among other states but it’s early to conclude that the situation is improving.
