The New Jersey state is facing coronavirus along with the whole U.S. that still tries hard to slow the pandemic’s rise. According to the official data, nearly 190K confirmed cases have been informed as of today, and nearly 16K fatal cases. Figures have risen and reached 377 coronavirus cases in a day.

In New Jersey, the highest number of the population affected by virus can be seen in Bergen and Essex. The risk of infection is average as the population density is 1,210 people per mi2 (467 people per km2) but the numbers are far from positive. In a week, the overall number of coronavirus patients in New Jersey may reach 190K cases. Besides, the rate of infection is informed to be 2,1K per 100,000 people that is considered to be average among other states but it’s early to conclude that the situation is improving.
