Since the first COVID-19 positive person was confirmed in United Kingdom, the infection has affected all 50 states. However, some regions have coped to keep the numbers low.
Even though the overall count of coronavirus cases has reached 1 today, Flintshire still has the lowest number of cases and fatalities in the state of Wales.
Powys and Newport are the state's leaders in COVID-19 positive people with 354 and 38 patients with confirmed infection accordingly, while Ceredigion and Gwynedd have the lowest number of COVID-19 positive people in Wales. Together with the latter ones, Flintshire’s per capita infection rate is considered below average, but the coronavirus still remains a threat to public safety.
