Since the first coronavirus case was confirmed in United Kingdom, the disease has affected all 50 states. However, some regions have managed to keep the numbers low.

Even though the total count of coronavirus cases has risen up to 2 today, Rhondda Cynon Taff still has the lowest number of cases and deaths in the state of Wales.

Powys and Newport are the state's leaders in confirmed cases with 354 and 38 patients with confirmed infection accordingly, while Ceredigion and Gwynedd have the lowest number of confirmed cases in Wales. Together with the latter ones, Rhondda Cynon Taff’s per capita infection rate is considered below average, but the coronavirus still remains a threat to public safety.

Please note, even if your county has a low number of COVID-19 cases, the virus is still active. Please remain vigilant and keep up with good hygiene practices.
