Since the first COVID-19 case was confirmed in United Kingdom, the infection has affected all 50 states. However, some areas have coped to keep the numbers low.
Even though the total number of confirmed cases has reached 2 today, Isle of Anglesey still has the lowest count of cases and deaths in the state of Wales.
Powys and Newport are the state's leaders in COVID-19 positive people with 354 and 38 patients with confirmed infection accordingly, while Conwy and Flintshire have the lowest count of COVID-19 positive people in Wales. Together with the latter ones, Isle of Anglesey’s per capita infection rate is regarded below average, but the coronavirus still remains a threat to public safety.
