The Florida state is facing the coronavirus disease along with the whole U.S. that still tries hard to slow the pandemic’s rise. As stated in the stats, nearly 1M COVID-19 positive cases have been informed as of today, along with nearly 19K fatal cases. Figures have increased by 8,8K coronavirus cases in a day.

In Florida, the highest number of the population tested positive can be seen in Miami-Dade and Broward. The risk of infection is average as the population density is 384 people per mi2 (121 people per km2) but the numbers are far from positive. In a week, the overall number of coronavirus patients in Florida may rise to 1,1M cases. Besides, the rate of epidemics spread is informed to be 4,7K per 100K people that is considered to be average among other states but it’s early to conclude that the situation is improving.
