The number of confirmed cases of the new virus continues to grow in the the U.S. COVID-19 pandemic keeps all people on alert in West Miami and today, the invisible enemy still covers the territory of Miami-Dade County. Its population density is considered to be 1,000 people per mi2 (400 people per km2) so the risk of infection is below average.

Miami-Dade County and Broward County counties are still the most-infected counties in the state.

These rates don’t give the whole picture because many cases — including mild or asymptomatic infections — have not been diagnosed. Our key thing is to stay home and take care of ourselves. You should be aware of protection measures and the symptoms of coronavirus.
