On 30 January, India reported its first case of COVID-19 in Kerala. Maharashtra is now the worst-hit state with the most number of positive COVID-19 cases - 6534557. In this state, the death toll due to the highly contagious disease has reached 138725 since the pandemic’s outbreak as 138725 deaths got reported since yesterday.

West Bengal is one of the states with the highest rates, as of today, it is informed to have 1,6M positive cases. It is considered that in a week the total number of confirmed cases in West Bengal will rise up to 1,6M cases.
