The Texas state is fighting against the coronavirus disease along with the whole U.S. that still tries hard to slow the pandemic’s rise. According to the stats, about 4,3M COVID-19 positive cases have been reported as of today, and about 74K deaths. Figures have increased by 4,7K coronavirus cases in a day.

In Texas, the highest number of inhabitants tested positive can be seen in Harris and Dallas. The risk of infection is average as the population density is 108 people per mi2 (40 people per km2) but the numbers are far from positive. In next week, the general number of confirmed cases in Texas will reach 4,4M cases. By the way, the infection rate is informed to be 15K per 100,000 people that is considered to be average among other states but it’s early to conclude that the situation is improving.
