The U.S. has the most confirmed cases of the new virus in the world. COVID-19 keeps all people on alert in El Paso and today, the invisible enemy still spreads across El Paso County. Its population density is considered to be 830 people per mi2 (320 people per km2) so the risk of infection is below average. As for the state, the Texas officials mentioned about 1,2M confirmed cases, an increase of 4,4K cases from yesterday.

Harris County and Dallas County counties are still the most-affected counties in the state.

These figures don’t give the whole picture because many cases — including mild or asymptomatic infections — have not been diagnosed. Our aim is to stay home and take care of ourselves. You should not forget about protection measures and the symptoms of coronavirus.
