COVID-19 has claimed tens of thousands of American lives in the U.S. COVID-19 pandemic keeps all people on alert in Grantsburg and today, the invisible enemy still spreads across Burnett County. Its population density is considered to be 18 people per mi2 (6 people per km2) so the risk of infection is below average. As for the state, the Wisconsin officials reported about 33K coronavirus cases, an increase of 495 cases from yesterday.

Milwaukee County and Brown County counties are still the most-affected counties in the state.

These figures don’t give the whole picture because many cases — including mild or asymptomatic infections — have not been diagnosed. Our aim is to stay home and take care of ourselves. You should not forget about protection measures and the symptoms of coronavirus.
