State by state, county by county, the coronavirus is spreading in the U.S. New York is among the states that have the highest number of COVID-19 cases, as of today, its figure has risen up to 453K.

Tompkins County is not the most affected area in New York while Nassau County and Westchester County are the hardest-hit ones in the state.
