The Minnesota state is fighting against the coronavirus disease along with the whole U.S. that still tries hard to slow the pandemic’s rise. According to the official data, nearly 319K COVID-19 positive cases have been informed as of today, along with nearly 3,7K deaths. Figures have risen and reached 5,8K cases in a day.

In Minnesota, the highest number of the population affected by virus can be seen in Hennepin and Ramsey. The risk of infection is average as the population density is 68 people per mi2 (26 people per km2) but the numbers are far from positive. In next week, the general number of confirmed cases in Minnesota may reach 380K cases. Besides, the rate of infection is informed to be 5,5K per 100,000 people that is considered to be average among other states but it’s early to conclude that the situation is improving.
