The number of confirmed cases of the new virus continues to grow in the the U.S. COVID-19 keeps all people on alert in Dixon and today, the invisible enemy still spreads across Lee County. Its population density is considered to be 49 people per mi2 (19 people per km2) so the risk of infection is below average. As for the state, the Illinois officials mentioned about 1,2M cases of COVID-19, an increase of 2,1K cases from yesterday.
Cook County and DuPage County counties are still the most-affected counties in the state.
