The United States and countries around the world face the new invisible enemy. Coronavirus keeps all people on alert in Sullivan and today, the virus still covers the territory of Moultrie County. Its population density is considered to be 43 people per mi2 (17 people per km2) so the risk of being infected is below average. As for the state, the Illinois officials announced about 2,7M coronavirus cases, an increase of 20K cases from yesterday.

Cook County and DuPage County counties are still the most-infected counties in the state.

These numbers don’t give the whole picture because many cases — including mild or asymptomatic infections — have not been diagnosed. Our aim is to stay home and take care of ourselves. You should be aware of protection measures and the symptoms of coronavirus.
