The U.S. government and health care system are implementing various efforts to slow the spread of the new coronavirus, known as SARS-CoV-2. COVID-19 pandemic keeps all people on alert in Bucks Lake and today, the virus still covers the territory of Plumas County. Its population density is considered to be 7 people per mi2 (3 people per km2) so the risk of infection is below average. As for the state, the California officials noted about 3,8M confirmed cases, an increase of 624 cases from yesterday.

Los Angeles County and Riverside County counties are still the most-infected counties in the state.
