The U.S. health regulators continue to monitor coronavirus cases in the country. Today, California is in the top 10 the U.S. states with the most cases. Los Angeles County is reported to have the highest count of confirmed cases in this state - 1,5M. Riverside County and San Diego County are in the second and third places accordingly.

It is considered that in next week the total number of COVID-19 positive people in Contra Costa County will reach 100K cases. Due to the high population density of 1,300 people per mi2 (500 people per km2) the risk of infection in this area is above average. The number of deaths in California rose up to 71K people. Furthermore, the epidemics spread in Contra Costa County is informed to be 9,5K per 100,000 people that is considered to be above average.
