The California state is facing coronavirus along with the whole U.S. that still tries hard to slow the pandemic’s rise. According to the stats, nearly 3,2M confirmed cases have been reported as of today, and nearly 37K fatal cases. Figures have increased by 23K cases in a day.
In California, the highest number of people tested positive can be seen in Los Angeles and San Bernardino. The risk of infection is average as the population density is 253 people per mi2 (97 people per km2) but the numbers are far from positive. In next week, the overall number of coronavirus patients in California may rise to 3,2M cases. Still, the infection rate is informed to be 8K per 100,000 people that is considered to be average among other states but it’s early to conclude that the situation is improving.
